Amen

AMEN is one of my favorite words and just so happens to be one of my favorite people.  I was blessed to meet by far one of the most powerful and moving individuals that will ever enter my life, Amen Iseghohi. Not long after we met Amen and I climbed a mountain together.  When we reached the top we told each other our goals and dreams.  Unlike most people, Amen never gave up and within a few short years he has created one of the biggest fitness movements to ever hit the world.  Amenzone Fitness.
